Returns

You can return your Epic Escapes game within 100 days of purchase for a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).

We offer free return shipping in the UK, but if you’re returning your game from outside the UK, you’ll have to pay the return shipping charges.

All returned products must be in excellent condition and with all components intact and within the box.

We aim to despatch all orders within one working day from our UK warehouse.

We offer free shipping to the UK and low cost shipping options to the rest of Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping to outside of these countries is possible, just get in touch!

Because all our orders are shipped from the UK, if you live outside of the UK, your local authorities may charge you import charges, taxes or duty. We have provided some guidance on which countries charge import duty and taxes on our products.
